Trash Collection

The HOA contracts with Waste Management (WM) for garbage and recycling collection. Pickup is weekly on Friday mornings unless altered due to a holiday. Residents are provided a trash receptacle and recycling receptacle by the Waste Management team and should only use those for waste collection. All receptacles must be returned to the

Lawn Service & Landscaping

The HOA uses contractors to ensure that your lawn, bushes, trees, and other outdoor fixtures are properly maintained. If you have a concern that needs to be addressed, please submit a HOA Work Order regarding any issues or questions.

Snow Removal

The HOA uses contractors to secure snow removal in the winter months. Please be aware that snow removal takes place when snow depth has reached a minimum of 3 inches.
