Sylvia Cunard
Board Member

Resident since 2007

Sylvia Cunard has been a proud resident of Meadows Townhomes since 2007 and values the close-knit, welcoming atmosphere of the community. In addition to her role with USD 230, she expresses her creativity through baking custom cakes and cookies—a passion she enjoys sharing with others.

Family is at the heart of Sylvia’s life. She treasures time with her six grandchildren, most of whom live nearby in Spring Hill and Olathe, with one in the Omaha area. Her guiding principles—faith, family, and freedom—reflect her values and her unwavering commitment to both her home and her community.

Paul Sauer

Board Member

Paul Sauer is a dedicated member of the Meadows Townhomes II HOA Board and a proud homeowner in the community. He brings years of business and leadership experience through his role as the owner of a respected company based in Olathe, Kansas, known for its commitment to service excellence and reliability.

Paul is passionate about preserving the long-term value of the neighborhood and ensuring it remains a desirable, well-maintained place for all residents. His hands-on approach, professional background, and deep investment in the success of the community make him an invaluable part of the Board.

Shawn Whitcomb

Board Member

Resident since 2022

Shawn Whitcomb moved into the community with his mother, who has since transitioned to an assisted living home, and he still uses his townhome as a second home to spend time with his adult special-needs son every other weekend. He is a technology and cybersecurity executive for a global organization based in Oklahoma and also serves on a non-profit mental health board for youth sports, as well as several technology company boards.

Shawn brings valuable leadership experience from serving as president of multiple HOA boards in Kansas and Oklahoma. He is committed to revitalizing and maintaining Meadows Townhomes so that it remains a neighborhood every resident can be proud to call home.
